Is U*Clean/500 still OK if it becomes frozen in transport? I just received a shipment from Amazon and the bottle was bulging and the contents had frozen.

This should not affect the performance of the CLEAN/500 but if you feel its not performing as well as you would have hoped, please ask amazon for a free of charge replacement.
