Can i use the coarse side to flatten my wetstones?

You can use the course side of your diamond stone for flatening a wetstone but this will affect the efficiency of the stone eventually.

My diamond plate is not flat anymore, there is a gap in the middle, what can I do?

Contact customer services, customersevices@trend-uk.com and they will arrange for a collection for it to be checked and if found to be faulty a replacement sent out.
