Product Guarantee Registration Guide

To register your new purchase please ensure you have the following information to hand before starting 

Product Ref.  (Also referred to as SKU, Product Reference or Manufacturers Part Number)

This can be found on the front of the product packaging, above the barcode, on your order confirmation, invoice or on our website page of the product.

If you begin to type the first 3 characters of the Product Reference, our form will offer auto-complete options to enter the correct reference. 
Please use the suggested value that will appear below the entry box to input a recognised Product Reference.

If you have purchased through one of our dealers their reference may be different to ours and you must input the original Trend Product Reference.

Serial Number

This can be found on the product packaging - typically on the back close to the product ref and barcode - and may include its own barcode. 

Purchase Price

The amount paid including any local Tax/VAT.

Purchase Location

Physical store name or online store name the purchase was made from.

Date of Purchase

The date the order was placed or collected if a purchased from a physical store - must match your proof of purchase.

Name & Address

Additionally you will need to enter in your name and address, if you already have a saved address in your account address book this will be pre-populated for you. 

Completed Registration forms

Once you complete the form and submit the registration, the page will reload and a new "Your Guarantees" section will appear at the top of the page.

The SKU and date purchased will be visible and clicking on this will link through to a table of all details supplied.
